As necessary, we litigate in trial and appellate courts located throughout the State of New Jersey to advocate our client’s legal rights.

We represent clients at all stages of litigation. and in various forums regarding numerous subject matters. Our extensive litigation experience includes appeals of administrative actions at me state and municipal levels. commercial contract disputes. construction litigation. property disputes. labor and grievance arbitrations. redevelopment and eminent domain cases. corporate theft, recall election petitions. and a range of environmental issues.

Our representation often begins with counseling clients on the decision of whether to initiate litigation or whether to resolve adverse claims. This requires a careful review of tile facts and applicable laws. as well as an evaluation as to potential (and realistic) outcomes.

Once engaged in litigation. we develop and study the record through comprehensive discovery measures. such as depositions and document review. As necessary and appropriate. we pursue summary judgement, settlement and appeals. Our partners have significant experience arguing mot1ons and appeals, including before me Appellate Division and the Supreme Court of New jersey.
